Availability and substitutions
We assemble each basket individually, so items follow availability. When we substitute, the replacement matches the theme, purpose and value.
Delivery Information
- Orders placed by 2 p.m. ET are prepared the same business day. Shipped by carrier; delivery time depends on the region.
- Use the delivery calendar in the builder to choose a date.
- We need the full address and a telephone number the recipient will pick up.
- A hospital delivery relies on the ward's rules, access to the building and the recipient's status.
- Tell us as soon as you can if the recipient has been discharged; the team will sort out the delivery.
- Apartment, concierge, buzzer and gate details help the driver; please include them.
- Delivery confirmation is sent where the delivery method supports it.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Alcohol appears only when you pick it as an add-on and where delivery is permitted. The recipient must be of legal drinking age and government-issued ID may be required.
