    Overview

    Philadelphia Baskets provides delivery across the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient’s address within our service area, product availability, delivery requirements, and operational capacity.

    We prepare and coordinate orders based on recipient address, product eligibility, delivery requirements, product availability, and routing. Available delivery information and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout where applicable.

    Order Processing

    Orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed. Customers requesting an address correction, order change, gift-message update, or cancellation should contact customer service as early as possible after placing the order.

    Once preparation, fulfillment, routing, or delivery coordination has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. During peak periods, holidays, or high-volume delivery dates, additional notice may be required and changes may not be available.

    Delivery Timing

    Philadelphia Baskets operates on a next-day delivery model across the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region. Orders placed before 2pm ET are scheduled for next-day delivery where delivery is available, payment is processed, order information is complete, and fulfillment is possible.

    The 2pm ET cutoff does not guarantee a specific delivery time or delivery window. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to routing, traffic, weather, recipient availability, building access, security procedures, courier availability, delivery partner performance, product availability, and operational capacity.

    Residential deliveries typically occur by end of day. Business, office, institutional, and managed-property deliveries typically occur during standard business hours where possible.

    Delivery Completion

    Deliveries do not require a signature unless otherwise stated or required due to product type, delivery location, alcohol content, age verification, building rules, courier requirements, or applicable law.

    Orders may be handed to the recipient, left in a safe location, or delivered to a building representative, concierge, reception desk, security desk, front desk, mailroom, loading area, delivery room, or other building-approved receiving point where appropriate.

    Once proof of delivery has been obtained, or the order has been accepted by the recipient, building representative, reception desk, mailroom, concierge, security desk, front desk, or other authorized receiving location, the order may be considered delivered.

    Office, Building, and Managed Property Deliveries

    Deliveries to offices, institutions, apartments, condominiums, hotels, hospitals, campuses, gated communities, corporate buildings, and managed properties may be completed through reception, mailroom, concierge, security, front desk, loading area, delivery room, or another building-approved receiving point.

    Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details, including company name, department, suite or unit number, recipient phone number, building instructions, access codes where appropriate, and any other information needed for delivery.

    Philadelphia Baskets is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or failure to retrieve an order after it has been accepted by a building representative, mailroom, reception desk, concierge, security desk, front desk, or similar receiving location.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time an order is placed.

    • Address changes must be requested promptly after ordering and before preparation, fulfillment, routing, or delivery coordination begins.
    • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information may be delayed, misdelivered, returned, cancelled, or treated as undeliverable.
    • Refunds, replacements, or credits may not be issued for orders affected by address errors, missing suite or unit numbers, incorrect recipient information, missing phone numbers, or incomplete delivery instructions.
    • Additional fees may apply if re-delivery is available and required due to incorrect or incomplete information.

    Service Area Review

    Some addresses within or near the edge of the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region may require additional review before fulfillment proceeds.

    If an address requires additional delivery coordination, customer service may contact the purchaser before fulfillment continues. If delivery cannot be completed to the address provided, the order may be modified, delayed, cancelled, or treated as undeliverable depending on the circumstances.

    Undeliverable Orders

    Orders may be considered undeliverable when delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information, recipient unavailability, refused delivery, restricted access, failed age verification where applicable, unsafe conditions, business closure, building restrictions, or circumstances outside our control.

    • Refunds may not be issued for undeliverable orders caused by customer or recipient circumstances.
    • Re-delivery may incur additional fees and is not guaranteed.
    • Perishable items may need to be remade and cannot always be recovered, reused, or resold.
    • Incorrect or incomplete address information remains the customer’s responsibility.
    • Alcohol or restricted products may be subject to additional delivery limitations if required verification cannot be completed.

    Perishable and Time-Sensitive Products

    Some products may include flowers, food items, beverages, chocolate, fruit, baked goods, or other perishable, seasonal, temperature-sensitive, or time-sensitive components. These items are selected and prepared with delivery timing, product condition, and availability in mind.

    If a perishable component is unavailable or not suitable for delivery conditions, it may be replaced with an appropriate alternative at our discretion to support quality, presentation, and successful delivery.

    Customers and recipients are responsible for promptly retrieving, storing, and handling perishable products after delivery. Philadelphia Baskets is not responsible for deterioration, spoilage, melting, wilting, damage, or quality issues that occur after delivery due to delayed retrieval, improper storage, weather exposure, recipient unavailability, building delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

    Substitutions

    Because gift baskets, flowers, food items, beverages, alcohol where permitted, seasonal products, specialty goods, and third-party branded items may vary in availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

    When substitutions are made, Philadelphia Baskets aims to maintain the overall value, theme, intent, and presentation of the order. Substituted items may differ from product images, descriptions, or examples shown on this website.

    Due to product availability, delivery timing, order volume, and fulfillment requirements, customers may not always be contacted in advance regarding substitutions.

    Alcohol and Regulated Products

    Some products or add-ons may include alcohol or other regulated products where permitted by applicable law. Delivery of alcohol or regulated products is subject to applicable federal, state, local, municipal, and other applicable laws depending on the delivery destination.

    Age verification, adult signature, recipient availability, identification, and additional delivery requirements may apply where required. Failed delivery due to age verification, recipient unavailability, refusal, restricted access, or local delivery requirements may not be eligible for refund, replacement, credit, or re-delivery.

    Philadelphia Baskets reserves the right to remove, substitute, decline, or cancel alcohol or restricted items where required by law, operationally necessary, or otherwise appropriate.

    External Factors

    Delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, courier disruptions, delivery partner delays, labor disruptions, holidays, peak periods, public emergencies, road closures, building access restrictions, security procedures, technology outages, payment processing issues, supply shortages, or transportation network issues.

    Philadelphia Baskets is not responsible for refunds, replacements, credits, delays, failed delivery attempts, or non-delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    Where available, customers may use the order tracking tool on this website to review order or delivery status. Tracking information may depend on fulfillment status, courier updates, delivery partner updates, and system availability.
