The card is part of it
Each gift goes out with the sender's own message included; there is nothing extra to add.
More than the basket
Flowers and add-ons are offered as enhancements to a gift basket when they can be sourced for the delivery.
Finished on arrival
The basket is arranged to look complete when it reaches the recipient, not packed to be unpacked and rearranged.

Details that help
- Unit numbers for apartments and suites — the most common thing missing from an address.
- Business name and floor for an office; those go during working hours.
- Front-desk name for hotels and hospitals, with the room number.
- The recipient's phone — so the courier can reach them if needed.

How we work
A regional service
Not a national marketplace and not a single-city shop: the store is built around the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region as one delivery area.
Never a lesser gift
Substitutions are made to hold the overall value and look — occasionally without a call first at busy times.
No signature needed
Unless the product or the law requires one. A complete address and the recipient's phone number are what matter.
Reach the team
(267) 412-5860 for help with an order, a delivery or a corporate list; the support widget reaches the same team.

Before you order for Wilmington
Can a gift arrive in Wilmington today?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Wilmington is reached in 1 business day from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
Can I add flowers to a basket?
Yes — the message written at checkout is printed and packed with the gift. Flowers and selected add-ons can be included as well, where they are available for that date and address.
Will the gift match the photo?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
How do corporate orders work?
Yes. Five baskets or more take 10% off, sent to one Wilmington address or to each recipient; for more than ten recipients there is a corporate order form to download, fill in and e-mail back, and the team takes it from there.
Is there tracking?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to Wilmington is 1 business day from the day it ships.
