The store's promises
A regional service
Not a national marketplace and not a single-city shop: the store is built around the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region as one delivery area.
Value and theme kept
If an item is unavailable it is replaced so the gift keeps its value, theme and presentation.
Simple handover
Homes are usually reached by end of day and businesses during working hours; no signature unless required.

What to tell us
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or buzzer code.
- Offices: the company name and a floor or suite — business addresses are reached during working hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and the room or unit as the front desk knows it.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when nobody answers.

Asked about West Chester
How quickly can it reach West Chester?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. West Chester is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is shown at checkout for the recipient's address, before the order is placed. The store publishes no standing rate or threshold.
Will the gift match the photo?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders in West Chester?
Yes. Five baskets or more take 10% off, sent to one West Chester address or to each recipient; for more than ten recipients there is a corporate order form to download, fill in and e-mail back, and the team takes it from there.
Will I know when it is delivered?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to West Chester is 3 business days from the day it ships.
