The store's promises
Across state lines
Pennsylvania, South Jersey and the Delaware side are treated as one metro region, so a gift can cross a state line without changing the service.
Value and theme kept
If an item is unavailable it is replaced so the gift keeps its value, theme and presentation.
No signature needed
Unless the product or the law requires one. A complete address and the recipient's phone number are what matter.

Details that help
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or buzzer code.
- Offices: the company name and a floor or suite — business addresses are reached during working hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and the room or unit as the front desk knows it.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when nobody answers.

Pottstown: the usual questions
Can a gift arrive in Pottstown today?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Pottstown is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is shown at checkout for the recipient's address, before the order is placed. The store publishes no standing rate or threshold.
What if an item is unavailable?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders in Pottstown?
Yes. Five baskets or more take 10% off, sent to one Pottstown address or to each recipient; for more than ten recipients there is a corporate order form to download, fill in and e-mail back, and the team takes it from there.
Is there tracking?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to Pottstown is 3 business days from the day it ships.
