The store's promises
A regional service
Not a national marketplace and not a single-city shop: the store is built around the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region as one delivery area.
Never a lesser gift
Substitutions are made to hold the overall value and look — occasionally without a call first at busy times.
Simple handover
Homes are usually reached by end of day and businesses during working hours; no signature unless required.

Before you order
- Unit numbers for apartments and suites — the most common thing missing from an address.
- Business name and floor for an office; those go during working hours.
- Front-desk name for hotels and hospitals, with the room number.
- The recipient's phone — so the courier can reach them if needed.

North Wales: the usual questions
How quickly can it reach North Wales?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. North Wales is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
What happens at the door?
No signature is needed unless the product says so.
Is the basket made to order?
Gift baskets are the store's own product: assembled per order, checked for presentation and balance, and sent out with the greeting message. Delivery across the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region is coordinated as one area, so an address in another state within the metro is no different.
What if an item is unavailable?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
Do you take international orders?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and the store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the billing address can be anywhere as long as the recipient is in the delivery area.
Is there tracking?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to North Wales is 3 business days from the day it ships.
