Details that help
- Homes: apartment number, gate or buzzer code, and a note on where to leave it if nobody is in.
- Workplaces: company, floor or suite, and the hours reception is staffed.
- Hospitals, hotels, campuses: the name the desk has on file plus the room or unit.
- A reachable number: the recipient's mobile is the one that matters.

Four things we stand by
A regional service
Not a national marketplace and not a single-city shop: the store is built around the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region as one delivery area.
Never a lesser gift
Substitutions are made to hold the overall value and look — occasionally without a call first at busy times.
No signature needed
Unless the product or the law requires one. A complete address and the recipient's phone number are what matter.
Help with an order
Phone (267) 412-5860 or the contact page — address corrections and gift-message changes are easiest before the order is prepared.

Before you order for Newtown Square
Can a gift arrive in Newtown Square today?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Newtown Square is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is shown at checkout for the recipient's address, before the order is placed. The store publishes no standing rate or threshold.
Can I add flowers to a basket?
Yes — the message written at checkout is printed and packed with the gift. Flowers and selected add-ons can be included as well, where they are available for that date and address.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and the store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the billing address can be anywhere as long as the recipient is in the delivery area.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders in Newtown Square?
Yes. Five baskets or more take 10% off, sent to one Newtown Square address or to each recipient; for more than ten recipients there is a corporate order form to download, fill in and e-mail back, and the team takes it from there.
How do I track the delivery?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to Newtown Square is 3 business days from the day it ships.
