Before you order for Drexel Hill
How quickly can it reach Drexel Hill?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Drexel Hill is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
What happens at the door?
No signature is needed unless the product says so.
How is the gift prepared?
Gift baskets are the store's own product: assembled per order, checked for presentation and balance, and sent out with the greeting message. Delivery across the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region is coordinated as one area, so an address in another state within the metro is no different.
Are substitutions ever made?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and the store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the billing address can be anywhere as long as the recipient is in the delivery area.
How do I track the delivery?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to Drexel Hill is 3 business days from the day it ships.
