Before you order for Collegeville
Can a gift arrive in Collegeville today?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Collegeville is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is shown at checkout for the recipient's address, before the order is placed. The store publishes no standing rate or threshold.
Are substitutions ever made?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
Can a company send to many Collegeville addresses at once?
Yes. Five baskets or more take 10% off, sent to one Collegeville address or to each recipient; for more than ten recipients there is a corporate order form to download, fill in and e-mail back, and the team takes it from there.
Is there tracking?
A shipping confirmation with tracking details arrives once the gift is on its way, and the Order Tracking page shows the latest status from the e-mail address and ZIP code on the order. Transit to Collegeville is 3 business days from the day it ships.
