What you can count on
A regional service
Not a national marketplace and not a single-city shop: the store is built around the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region as one delivery area.
Substitutions with care
A short or seasonal item is swapped for one of the same standing; the intent of the gift is maintained.
Delivered without a signature
Reception, a concierge or the door — no signature unless stated on the product.
Reach the team

Before you order for Bala Cynwyd
How quickly can it reach Bala Cynwyd?
Same-day delivery is not offered by this store — every order follows a courier model. Bala Cynwyd is reached in 3 business days from the day it ships; order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, and it ships that day.
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge is shown at checkout for the recipient's address, before the order is placed. The store publishes no standing rate or threshold.
Does the gift carry my message?
Yes — the message written at checkout is printed and packed with the gift. Flowers and selected add-ons can be included as well, where they are available for that date and address.
Is the basket made to order?
Gift baskets are the store's own product: assembled per order, checked for presentation and balance, and sent out with the greeting message. Delivery across the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley region is coordinated as one area, so an address in another state within the metro is no different.
Are substitutions ever made?
Sometimes. Where an item is unavailable, it is replaced so the gift keeps its overall value, theme and presentation. At busy times that can happen without contacting you first.
